Fill4U is your partner for filling liquids and pastes, such as oil, grease, and cleaning agents. We can fill all liquid non-food products that require IBCs or 200-liter drums into convenient packaging that your customers can then use immediately.
We can package your products in bottles, tubes, jars, cans, and tins. After filling, we can apply a thermal or induction seal if desired. A trigger seal is also an option. Your batch code is applied to the product using inkjet technology. Our labeling machines can apply your label to round packaging, but double-sided labeling of flat or oval bottles is also possible.
Tubes
Our tube-filling machine allows us to fill your grease or paste into any tube you desire. After filling, the tube is thermally sealed and labeled with your desired batch code.
Pots and Cans
We use jars and cans for packaging grease or paste. We do not fill these containers with liquids or granules. Their capacity can vary from a few milliliters to 10 liters.
Bottles and cans
We fill bottles ranging from 5 ml to 20 liters with any cleaning product, degreaser, or oil. To guarantee product quality or prevent leakage during transport, we can apply an induction or thermal seal if desired. After closing the bottle with a cap or trigger, the batch code of your choice is applied.
Labels and tags
Applying the label is important for the final appearance of your product. We apply labels both all around on cylindrical packaging and on both sides on flat or oval packaging.
Full service
After the filling process, your products will be packaged in the box of your choice. This box will be labeled with the necessary product information and, if necessary, the required safety symbols. We can also package your products directly in counter displays or in other presentation packaging of your choice.
